These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants registering for programs conducted by InnoFellowship (“IF”),
By registering for any IF program, making a payment, or participating in an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Find a Fellow is a 3-hour weekly networking and collaboration experience designed to help participants connect with Fellows through structured activities, conversations and collaborative exercises.
-Participation is limited to the registered session and confirmed venue.
-Each session may have a different theme, activity format or networking objective.
-Registration for one session does not automatically guarantee access to future sessions.
-Participants must register separately for additional sessions unless otherwise specified.
2. REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY
1. Participants must provide accurate personal, contact wherever requested.
2. Registrations are individual and non-transferable unless the Organiser approves a transfer in writing.
3. IF reserves the right to limit the number of participants based on venue capacity, program requirements and safety considerations.
4. Participants must read the program description and confirm that they understand its duration, schedule, location, fee and inclusions before making payment.
3. FEES, PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS
1. All program fees, applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed during registration or before payment.
2. Payment must be made through the authorised payment methods specified by IF.
3. A registration is not guaranteed until payment is successfully completed.
4. Participants must not make duplicate payments intentionally. If a duplicate payment occurs, they should contact IF with the transaction reference for verification and resolution.
5. If an amount has been debited but the registration remains unconfirmed, participants should contact IF before making another payment. Verified failed or duplicate transactions will be handled through the relevant payment provider and applicable refund requirements.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The following policy applies unless a different written policy is clearly disclosed for a particular program or event.
4.1 Participant-Initiated Cancellation
-Requests made within this period may be considered for a transfer to another available session or a refund, subject to the cancellation terms disclosed at registration.
-Requests made less than 48 hours before the event, or failure to attend, are generally not eligible for a refund.
-Any approved transfer is subject to availability and must be confirmed by IF.
4.2 Cancellation or Changes by IF
1. IF reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify or cancel a program due to insufficient registrations, venue unavailability, facilitator unavailability, operational requirements, safety concerns or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
2. If IF cancels a program entirely and does not offer an acceptable alternative, participants will be offered a refund of the applicable fee paid for that program.
3. If IF reschedules a program, participants will be informed of the revised details and given a reasonable opportunity to request a refund where the revised schedule is unsuitable, subject to applicable law and the disclosed policy.
4. If a program is modified, IF will communicate material changes to its format, duration, location or inclusions.
5. Any refund will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval, subject to payment-provider processing times. If a different statutory or payment-provider deadline applies, that deadline will prevail.
4.3 Exceptional Circumstances
Requests involving medical emergencies, serious personal emergencies or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually. Approval is at IF's discretion, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or remedy to which a participant is legally entitled.
5. ATTENDANCE, PUNCTUALITY & PARTICIPATION
1. Participants must arrive at the designated venue by the reporting time communicated by IF.
2. Participants arriving late may be asked to wait for an appropriate entry point or may miss an activity. Entry restrictions will be applied reasonably and consistently, considering the nature of the activity and safety requirements.
3. Participants must attend the sessions and activities included in their registration.
4. Participants are expected to engage respectfully in discussions, collaborative exercises and assigned activities.
5. Participants must inform the program coordinator in advance if they anticipate an absence or delay.
6. Missed sessions, activities or meals caused by late arrival, absence or early departure are not automatically eligible for compensation or a refund.
7. Make-up sessions, alternative assignments or access to session materials are not guaranteed unless expressly offered by IF.
8. Participants must complete any registration formalities, consent forms, emergency details or other documentation required for participation.
9. Repeated absence, disruption or failure to comply with essential program requirements may result in removal from the program, subject to the applicable conduct and refund provisions.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT & PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

8. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & PUBLICITY
1. IF may photograph or record program activities for documentation, internal records and promotional purposes.

4. Participants must not engage in reckless conduct or activities that endanger themselves, other participants, staff or members of the public.
5. If a participant's conduct creates a credible and immediate safety risk, IF may take proportionate action, including restricting participation or arranging removal from an activity.
11. DISCIPLINARY ACTION & REMOVAL
IF may issue a warning, restrict participation in a particular activity, suspend participation or remove a participant from a program for serious or repeated violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Examples include:
-Harassment, abuse, discrimination or threats.
-Repeated disruption or refusal to follow essential safety instructions.
-Unauthorised disclosure of confidential information.
-Damage to property or misconduct at partner venues.

-Providing materially false registration information.
-Unauthorised departure from supervised activities where safety is compromised.
Where practicable, participants will be informed of the concern and given an opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect safety or prevent serious disruption.
Refund eligibility following removal will depend on the circumstances, the disclosed cancellation policy and applicable law. Removal does not automatically create a right to a refund, but IF will not rely on this clause to avoid a refund or remedy required by law.
12. PROGRAM OUTCOMES & CERTIFICATES
1. Certificates, completion acknowledgements or other credentials will be issued only where specified for the relevant program and subject to its communicated completion criteria.
2. Participants must not claim credentials, endorsements, affiliations or outcomes that IF has not awarded or authorised.

2. IF is not responsible for loss or damage caused by a participant's own misconduct, failure to follow safety instructions or actions of third parties, except to the extent liability arises under applicable law.
