Cancellation and Refund Policy

All payments made via ecstee are final and non-refundable.

No order, transaction, or point redemption may be canceled once confirmed.

Points once redeemed cannot be reversed or refunded.

In the rare event of a technical payment error, Cashfree will handle refunds per their terms.

For billing disputes, email admin@ecstee.com within 7 days of the transaction.

Ecstee Global LLP holds no obligation for any refund outside these terms.
